Homebound service
If you enjoy reading books or listening to talking books but are unable to visit your local library, this need not be a problem.
West Lothian Council's Library Service and Voluntary Sector Gateway West Lothian have teamed together to provide a library service to people who, due to frailty, illness or disability, are homebound.
If you are interested in receiving this service, please complete the accompanying application form and return it to :
