Schools - complaints procedure
West Lothian Council provides a specially dedicated customer care service to help parents who have concerns about their children's education.
Complaints will be dealt with using clearly set out procedures which are easy to understand. Procedures will, where possible, be consistent across different parts of the organisation and will cover the whole of Education Services.
