We want to hear about the individuals and teams who have gone that extra mile to provide you with genuinely exceptional service.
The WOW! Awards were established in 1999 and are based entirely on customer nominations. We are the first local authority in Scotland to pilot the scheme, which has already been successful for Haringey Council in England and a number of private companies.
Pick up a nomination form at participating council services, or download the .pdf file from the link on the right.
You can also email nominations to wowawards@westlothian.gov.uk making sure you include the individual and/or service name, where they are based, and a full explanation of why you are nominating them. Please also ensure and include your own name, address and contact information.
