Councillor Isabel Hutton

 

Councillor Hutton (SNP) is the Executive Portfolio Holder for Social Policy and the Chairperson for the Local Area Committee and the Social Policy Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel. She is also a member of the Education Executive Committee and the Social Work Complaints Review Committee.

Her council appointments to outside bodies include the West Lothian Educational Trust, Scottish Local Government Forum against Poverty, Scottish Refugee Council, West Lothian Domestic Abuse Multi-Agency Strategy Group and the Korean War Memorial.
