"Litter is waste in the wrong place" - Litter is anything that is thrown down, dropped or deposited and left that causes defacement in a public place.
Litter is everyone's responsiblity, by using bins provided or taking rubbish home people can make a difference to the look of our streets and towns.
West Lothian Council is resopnsibel for litter removal and as a number of measures in place to tackle the problem of litter and help keep our streets and towns tidy.
