Development Management Committee
The Development Management Committee is a formal committee of the council that is comprised of nine elected members.
If you have made a local application, the Scheme of Delegation sets out several circumstances in which your application may be referred to the Development Management Committee.
If the application is referred to the Development Management Committee, you will be notified, as will all those who have commented on your application. To be eligible to address the Development Management Committee, you must return the form which will be sent to you, and telephone or email the case officer by 12 noon on the Monday before the Committee meeting.
